Sand Washing & Dewatering Machine WDS-200

The integrated machine for sand washing, dehydration and recycling is composed of dehydration screens, wheel buckets, cyclones, cleaning boxes, reducers, motors, vibration motors, and other components. The sand water mixture enters the wheel bucket screen of the sand washing machine for filtration and screening; falling into the dehydration screen for dehydration treatment, a large amount of water in the sand is removed. The sewage containing fine sand is concentrated through a cyclone and then fed into the dehydration screen. It is a new type of fine sand recovery device that integrates sand washing, dehydration, and recovery.

CATHAY sand washing and dehydration machine integrates three functions: washing + dehydration + fine sand recovery. A single machine completes the process of three traditional equipment. The washing rate is ≥99%, the moisture content of finished sand is ≤15%, the fine sand recovery rate is ≥95%, the processing capacity is 50-500 tons/hour, the land occupation is reduced by 60%, and the investment cost is reduced by 45%.
