The stirring scrubbing machine is suitable for natural or artificial sand with mineral particle size of 0-6mm, various loose mud plasmids, ore deposits or materials, for particle scrubbing purification and mud material dispersion, dissociation, and separation. It can effectively remove solvents and soil adhering to the surface of minerals or materials. The blades, shafts, and grooves of the stirring scrubber are lined with wear-resistant rubber, which is easy to resist material impact and wear, has a long service life, and a low failure rate.

CATHAY stirring scrubber is specially designed for high clay-encapsulated minerals. It adopts dual-axis differential tearing technology to strongly peel clay from the surface of minerals. The clay peeling rate is ≥95%, the processing capacity is 50-500 tons/hour, and the mineral dissociation degree is increased by 40%, solving the problem of low recovery rate of cemented ore dressing.
