Hydrocyclone

Hydrocyclone is a classification equipment that uses centrifugal force to accelerate the settling of mineral particles. Pressure feeding is required, which consumes a lot of power, occupies a small area, is cheap, has a large processing capacity, high classification efficiency, and can obtain very fine overflow products. It is mostly used in the second stage closed circuit grinding.

Product Overview
CATHAY hydrocyclone adopts the centrifugal separation principle and is specially designed for pulp classification/concentration/de-sludge. The separation accuracy is 0.025-0.15mm, the processing capacity is 20-800m³/h, and the underflow concentration is ≥65%. It is suitable for the efficient separation needs in metal mines, sand and gravel plants, chemical industry and other fields.
