Trough Feeder

CATHAY trough feeder is designed for harsh working conditions. It adopts high-strength wear-resistant steel and optimized structure to ensure stable and reliable material transportation in mining, aggregate, metallurgy and other industries. Product introduction
The width of the trough feeder is 2 to 2.5 times the maximum particle size of the feed. Transport bulk materials from the storage bin to the receiving device (materials that are not suitable for conveying in powder state). They can be erected on the ground or hoisted onto the discharge port of the ore bin. The groove bottom plate undergoes reciprocating motion with a stroke of 20-60 times/min and a stroke of 20-200mm. The stroke can be adjusted appropriately by the eccentric wheel of the driving device, and the eccentricity is half of the stroke. It is suitable for industrial departments such as metallurgy, mining, engineering, construction, mineral processing, coal, etc.
