Trough Ore Washer LX-2500

The trough type ore washing machine is widely used in black and non-ferrous metallurgical mines,steel, chemical,building materials,coal,smelting and other industries.It isan ideal equipment forenterprises with large processing capacity to meet the cleanliness requirements of ores and stones for various easily washed and difficult to wash ores.Washing can avoid the blockage of the crushing and screening equipment by the muddy substances in the raw materials containing mud minerals.If the raw materials contain soluble useful or harmful components,they should also be washed.

CATHAY trough ore washer is specially designed for high-mud content ores (clay content ≤40%), and adopts dual-axis differential strong scrubbing technology to achieve efficient separation of mud and stone. The cleaning rate is ≥98%, and the processing capacity is 50-300 tons/hour. It is suitable for difficult-to-wash ores such as iron ore, manganese ore, and gold ore.
