Working Principle
The motor is used as the power source, and the belt drive drives the eccentric shaft to rotate at high speed, prompting the movable jaw to reciprocate according to the precise predetermined trajectory. After the material enters the crushing chamber constructed by the fixed jaw plate, the movable jaw plate and the side guard plate, it is subjected to multiple forces such as continuous extrusion, splitting and bending and gradually crushed. The finished crushed material is discharged smoothly through the lower discharge port. The continuous rotation of the motor drives the movable jaw of the crusher to perform crushing and discharging actions repeatedly, realizing efficient batch production operations.
