SF type mechanical stirring flotation machine is a self-priming pulp and gas machine. It can be widely used in the selection of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, and is suitable for roughing and scavenging operations in large and medium-sized flotation plants. The impeller of the flotation machine has backward-inclined blades on both sides, which can realize the double circulation of pulp in the tank; the forward-inclined tank has small dead angle and fast foam movement speed.

1. Self-priming air design, strong flotation power
Adopting a unique self-priming aeration structure, no additional aeration device is required. The impeller can automatically inhale sufficient air when rotating at high speed, and break it into a large number of small bubbles with uniform diameters. The bubble diameter is mostly concentrated in 0.1-0.5 mm. These bubbles are fully mixed with the slurry, providing sufficient attachment carriers for mineral particles, greatly improving the contact probability between useful minerals and bubbles, and laying a solid foundation for efficient sorting. The single tank aeration volume is stable and adjustable to meet the flotation needs of different types of minerals.

With strong self-priming aeration capacity and optimized stirring strength, the slurry can form a strong circulation movement in the tank to ensure that the mineral particles, flotation agents and bubbles fully interact. Useful mineral particles can be quickly adsorbed on the surface of the bubbles to form a stable foam layer, reducing the loss of useful minerals, and the concentrate recovery rate is increased by 5%-8% compared with traditional flotation machines. At the same time, it has strong repulsion to gangue minerals, effectively reducing the impurity content in the concentrate, and the concentrate grade can be increased by 3%-5%, significantly improving the economic value of the mineral processing products.
