Ore Dressing Shaker
The ore dressing shaking table is composed of three parts: the bed surface, the frame and the transmission mechanism. It can make the ore particles move in different directions according to their density and particle size, and spread out in a fan shape along the diagonal from the feed trough, and then be discharged along the edge of the bed surface in sequence. The discharge line is very long, and it can accurately produce a variety of products of different qualities, such as concentrate, sub-concentrate, medium concentrate and tailings. The ore dressing shaking table is used as a gravity separation equipment and has been widely used in the separation of minerals such as placer gold, mainly for gold or coal separation.

The CATHAY Ore Dressing Shaker relies on asymmetric reciprocating motion, and realizes the separation of minerals by density through the combined action of the longitudinal and transverse water flow on the bed surface. The special groove design on the bed surface delays the movement of minerals and improves the enrichment efficiency of minerals with a particle size of 0.04-2mm, with an enrichment ratio of 20-50 times.
It is suitable for many types of minerals such as gold, silver, tin, tungsten, and copper. It performs stably in roughing, concentrating, and tailings recovery, and the recovery rate is 8%-15% higher than that of ordinary equipment. The high wear-resistant bed surface is quenched, and the service life is extended by more than 2 times. The driving energy consumption is as low as 1.1-2.2kW, and the annual maintenance cost accounts for only 3% of the total equipment price.
It provides multiple specifications of bed surfaces with a processing capacity of 0.5-15 tons/hour to meet different production capacity requirements.
